new weight loss plan...not an ad

I been trying new diets and now I am summarizing all the ones I tried..
these were tried by ME! and I will not introduce you to any weight loss products...(drugs=bad)


1) Don't eat after 7 o'clock LATEST! you can try stop eating after 4 if you have the will...its too hard for me but u can try. After 5 don't eat anything but do drink water. this leads to my second conclusion.

2) DON'T DRINK TOO MUCH WATER. I know people tell you drink 8-10 glasses a day but I never do and when I do I gain like mad. It's all water weight.  I really don't like drinking too much . 5-6 glasses is fine for me at my age.

3) DIETS during that time of the month is the MOST EFFECTIVE! and you WON'T GAIN IT BACK.
The hard part is you want to eat and eat and eat and eat and eat during this week so control yourself a little     : ] just a little will make a difference.

It's not a lot but these will help you shed some pounds. I hope this was helpful. : )
